```Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. We are willing to train the right person. Some knowledge of connecting hardware to a network is essential. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for copier and printer equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment repairs and maintenance, both in-house and on-site
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and upgrade copier systems and peripherals
- Conduct software troubleshooting and provide technical support to end-users
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex technical problems
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
- Familiarity with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines and procedures
- Proficient in using hand tools for equipment repair
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
